Tapp PTSA DRESS DOWN DAY

Tapp PTSA will be having a DRESS DOWN DAY on Wednesday, Nov. 30th. All students and staff who joined PTSA before our end of August dress down day can pay $2 to dress down on this Wednesday. Students who joined PTSA after the last day of August will get to dress down for FREE! Students who have not joined PTSA yet can do so this week and earn a free dress down pass.

The PTSA will be selling memberships ($5) before school on Tuesday and Wednesday. A membership form has been attached to this email to expedite things. Checks (made out to Tapp PTSA) or cash will be accepted. Students may not use their parent's PTSA memberships to get the dress down pass.

If your child has already joined PTSA he/she can purchase a Dress Down sticker for $2. All students who joined PTSA after our first Dress Down Day will be on a list for a Free Dress Down Day sticker.

Dress Down attire must be school appropriate.

Tapp Box Tops

Did you know that Tapp participates in the Box Tops 4 Education program. You may remember collecting these when your child was in elementary, but middle schools collect them, too! Last year Tapp earned $243 from Box Tops. In comparison, one of the elementary schools in Powder Springs earned over $1500 from Box Tops during the same time period!

Box Tops can be turned into the PTSA mailbox located across from the cafeteria or dropped off in the front office.

Through Dec. 1st, you can go to http://www.forddrivesboxtops.com/:b=ie9/ and if you watch 5 short videos, you earn 25 eboxtops which amounts to $2.50 for Tapp. You will be asked to register for the Box Tops program and once you are registered, select Tapp Middle School as your school.

You can also earn Box Tops from shopping online. Register on the Box Tops website, then access the marketplace.    Download BoxtopsFord9[1]    Download Boxtop items78[1]
