This year our PTSA was active in may areas and its a bitter sweet thing to end the school year. But all good things must come to an end. We would like to thank our board for the hard work they did this year and we look forward to see what this coming year has in store!
We would like to inform you of our new PTSA board for the 2016 – 2017 school year. On Friday our Board of Directors voted in our Co-Presidents as well as our Secretary.

PTSA had collected Gently Used Uniforms last week and for every outfit the students turned in they earned a Dress Down Day this week.
These uniforms are laundered and resold at a very low price at the beginning of the school year and throughout the year.
If your student did not turn in uniforms, they will be allowed to pay $1.00 each day to dress down these last three days.
The funds from this event will help out the PTSA with spirit wear for next year.

This school year is coming to an end and the kids have outgrown their uniforms or they are moving up to the 9th grade.
So if your cleaning out closets for the summer and getting rid of clothes, shoes or even jackets.
Please make a pile of those gently used uniforms, send them to school with your child on the following days: Wednesday, May 18, 19 and 20th.
For each top and bottoms turned in they will receive a dress down day to be used May 23, 24th and 25th the last three days of school!
Items must be free of rips, tears, and stains!
If a student does not turn in clothing, they will pay $1.00 for a Dress Down on May 23rd, 24th and 25th
We are looking for volunteers to help collect every morning from 8:30 – 9:30 am.

Thursday, April 28th at 6pm we held our voting meeting. We have two vacancies that we need to fill. They are President and Secretary. If you are interested in holding either of those positions, please email Ms Barnes at firstname.lastname@example.org.

We are nearing the end of the year and many activities have been planned! An Olympics has been planned for each grade level and we will need parents to help out at each station. Here is the break down of the schedule. You can stay all day if you chose to but by all means chose the day and times you can be available to help out.
We will need donations to help keep the students hydrated as well as having a cooling station.
