Fundraiser begins: August 29th, 2017 til September 19, 2017

 

 

We need your support!

Be Extreme by helping us raise needed funds that will provide
resources not funded through our school budget. These are the
“extras” that enhance your child’s education! We will reach our
goal if each student sells 10 or more items from the enclosed
brochures and website.

For every student who registers 10 emails they will receive a Fidget Spinner.

All funds raised will be used to support:
• Student and Teacher enrichment.
• Additional supplies and activities.

We hope that we can count on your support! Don’t forget to
register online for additional ways to spread the word and raise
money.

President’s Message

Dear Tapp PTSA members,

     I would like to personally thank you for signing up to be a member of the PTSA for the upcoming school year.  We have a lot of great things planned which we hope will make this school year both an educational and a fun one for our students.

     We want to do our part to help Tapp keep winning awards and accolades… and with your help, we can do that.

     This year, we will be calling on our dads, granddads, uncles, and older brothers, to participate in our Watch D.O.G.S. program, to help showcase strong positive male role models for our students.

     From time to time, we will be calling on our parents to help volunteer at various events throughout the school year.  We hope that you will be willing to make a commitment of just one hour a month to help when we send out a call for volunteers.  And, as always, ANY help you can offer is most appreciated… and needed!!

      If you know someone who is not yet a PTSA member, please encourage them to join, as we are the one organization which will pull out all the stops to keep you informed of the important events going on at school… even when your student forgets to bring home or pass school information along to you!  You will get weekly emails, and also have access to our website and Facebook page for up-to-date information.

     We are looking forward to a great year, and have a hard working executive team in this year’s officers: Co-vice Presidents Laura Shyman and Adina Murry-Swinney, Treasurer Yolanda Anderson, and Secretary Nadine Payne.

     And should you have any major concerns or problems, you may always contact me at any time.  GO TAPP TIGERS!!
